Refund policy
Please note that we only accept returns if your order have manufacturing defects or if the wrong items is sent to you. All swimwear are made to order and is therefore personalised, exchanges and returns are therefore not accepted. Please contact us at contact@alexintimates.com to arrange a return if you experience any defects with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds of gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once recieved and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you receive the wrong items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 3-5 days before the refund is being issued by your bank.
